An ice lounge set among giant penguins
The Four Seasons Paris proposed a new and exclusive experience: the Ice Lounge. Jeff Leatham, the palace’s artistic director, called upon Crystal Group to create this (literally) frozen decor. In the Marble Courtyard, in the midst of giant blue steel penguins (designed by Crystal Group), the 36-m2 Ice Lounge invited you to immerse yourself in the world of a -8° ice bar.
DESIGN, CREATION, PRODUCTION
- A 36-m2 box (made of cold room panels) covered with silver mirrors
- 1 refrigeration unit
- A décor entirely carved out of crystal clear ice (bar, sofa, walls, palace initials…)
- Giant penguins with stainless steel structures, covered with faceted blue steel mirrors
