Fountain at the grand palais
For the Chanel Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2018 fashion show, Karl Lagerfeld transformed the Grand Palais. Inside, the Parisian monument was transformed into a French garden centred around a Versailles-inspired fountain.
DESIGN, CREATION AND PRODUCTION
- 10-m x 5-m pond
- aquatic effects (6 arch jets, 2 Versailles crowns, 1 geyser).
RESULT
The fountain, installed in the centre of the catwalk, stands proudly in all the pictures of the show.
